Information this website receives

Standard technical information may be received when you visit the website, including the requested page, device and browser details, approximate region, referring page, and security or diagnostic events. Levrio does not use a website lead form on this landing page.

Voice-agent demonstration calls

When you call a demonstration number, Levrio and its voice and telephony providers may process your caller ID, audio, transcript, call timing, conversation outcome, and any information you choose to provide. The agent is configured to identify itself as AI. Recording disclosure is presented when the applicable demonstration flow records a call.

Do not provide payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive information during a public demonstration.

Client service information

For active clients, Levrio may process business rules, knowledge content, call records, transcripts, outcomes, appointments, integration events, workspace users, and support communications. Client service data is also governed by the applicable service agreement and configured retention settings.

How information is used

You can end a demonstration call at any time. Requests concerning client call data should normally be directed to the business whose line you called. Privacy questions about Levrio can be directed to the Levrio representative responsible for your account or demonstration access.
